My husband and I booked at the Hotel Marina El Cid with our family and friends for our wedding.
The resort was beautiful, kind staff. The Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen are unforgettable holiday destinations and the perfect frame for a wedding.
The Wedding Coordinator was amazing! She took care of all the aspects and we did not have to worry about anything at all. Everything was absolutely perfect: the location, the ceremony, the atmosphere, the food and the photo service. It was far more than what we dreamed! I recommend this experience to anybody that wants a destination for a wedding.

The photographers of Blue Lens Caribe were certainly unbeatable! They pictured all the details of our day, working hard but stylishly. The result was an amazing album and CD, delivered to us the following day. Dennis, the photographer of Blue Lens Caribe in charge of our wedding, brought the wedding photos to us at the hotel just a few hours after . We have rarely experienced such dedication and courtesy!
We highly recommend this resort to anybody, and doubtlessly to couples because it is a guarantee of a wonderful time, a fantastic location (Riviera Maya – Playa Del Carmen) , a great staff (the wedding organizer was for us the best) and the most excellent photo-service for a wedding! Thanks once more to the Hotel Marina El Cid and to Blue Lens Caribe for making our wedding the most special day of our life!

Dennis at Blue Lens Photography photographed our wedding ceremony on the beach last week. He was amazing! Dennis was professional, yet fun which took the pressure off while taking the photos. I have been involved in many wedding ceremonies and generally the picture taking is a tremendous, draining tasks. With Dennis' sense of fun and humor, we all (even the teens) had a great time. And the pictures........ARE FANTASTIC!!! Our friends and family who were not able to attend our ceremony keep commenting on how our photos look like something out of a magazine....and they are right!! Additionally, Dennis did an wonderful job on our DVD. The editing and music he chose for us was perfect. (Dennis was also quite adept and helping with the search for my new husbands ring lost in the sand!!! We found it!!!) My finance and I were probably like many of you who are considering getting married in Mexico – concerned and fearful of sending a lot of money to individuals in another country who we have never met and had minimal contact with through email. It’s stressful enough to plan a wedding, let alone planning one in another country. Essentially what we wanted, like many of you, was to have beautiful beach-side wedding with a few family and friends and have the ability to capture those moments on film to share with the family and friends that couldn’t make the trip, as well as having those pictures to cherish for the rest of our lives. Because of this you want the best photographer in Mexico to capture those moments—we happened to use a wedding coordinator who provided the best photographer in Mexico; Dennis at Bluelenscaribe. Dennis was great! He took a lot of great photographs in a variety of poses, settings, perspectives, etc. Also, Dennis had a nice combination of serious and playful photographs of me and my wife, as well as the wedding party. Finally, Dennis put together a fantastic video presentation of our wedding that blew my wife and I away – it was truly awesome! So if you’re planning a special occasion in the Playa area and want the best photographer, my wife and I highly recommend Dennis at Bluelenscaribe. Viva la Dennis!

Travis and I were definitely not looking forward to taking pictures… we just aren’t picture people. But the photographers you hired were BRILLIANT and  we had so much fun with them!! After the day was all said and done, we both agreed that our photo session on the beach was one of our most favorite and enjoyable parts of the entire day!   And the actual pictures turned out to be just incredible!! We still look at them often and every time we show them to our friends or family, it turns into a big cry-fest because when you look at the pics, you truly go back to the moment and get the same feelings you were feeling then. I would definitely recommend those guys to every and all couples who are looking!!! Talk about dream photographers… they were just incredible.

And the photography….I can’t say enough. For any couples wanting to decide on a photographer, I highly recommend Blue Lens. The original package we wanted to purchase flew out the window when we saw the job he did on our wedding slideshow and all of the pictures. They were absolutely stunning and we cried when viewing our pictures for the first time… I can’t say enough.

And the photographer was OUTSTANDING!!! I was in tears when I saw the pictures and videos less than 24 hours later. That was a very important part of the weekend to me, I was so relieved and amazed at how they exceeded my expectations.

We were thrilled with our wedding photography experience with Blue Lens Caribe.   We left a critical part of our destination wedding in their hands and we were very pleased with the choice we made. They approached the ceremony with plenty of ideas but worked with us to get the moments we wanted on film.  They captured our wedding perfectly with great humor and tact.   The photographers clearly had a firm understanding of beach weddings and made excellent use of the natural lighting. We all looked to be our best selves in the shots.  Their photos showed both the serious side and the fun side of our ceremony.   The turnaround time to see our photos was very quick and we were pleased by the results.  The net result was great value and wonderful photos of our special day in Playa del Carmen. Our photographer, Blue Lens Caribe (that Haidee recommended) was  great! The pictures captured every detail of our special day with grace and flair. Not to mention the hard work that Mirko put in to get them to us before our departure. The studio's computers crashed and MIrko had to get all the work he had already completed, do it all over in just a few hours, to bring them to us at the hotel. That's dedication!! Kudos to Mirko and BlueLens Caribe!!
